We stumbled into the pre-owned watch business approximately 5 years ago in 2002. Initially when we realised there was a niche market for pre-owned watches especially Rolex, we started sourcing them from established dealers, mainly in London. We continue to buy from them but also buy “off the street” subject to all appropriate paperwork. Our business in this area has grown significantly and is now open to all luxury brands including Breitling; Cartier; Corum; Franck Muller; Longines; Omega; Panerai; Patek Philippe; Tag-Heuer; & Ullysse Nardin.

We now have an average holding of approx. 80 pieces in stock at anytime and can say that “probably”, we have the best selection of watches in Scotland.

Please don’t worry if you don’t see what you’re looking for in the window, most watches can be sourced within 48 hours. We can also supply Rolex dials and bezels as well as servicing all the above models.

Why should I buy pre-owned ? Well, the real savings are in the price. We only stock watches that are in truly very good or excellent condition. We’re not interested in those that have been “crashed & trashed” and although most are refurbished before they go on sale, original boxes and papers are usually a pre-requisite.

If you take the example of an 18 ct Rolex day-date that currently sells for approximately £11,500, we can sell you the same model that might be 5-10 years old in superb condition for £6,500 - £7,000. That’s a saving of nearly £4,000 ! Once it’s on your wrist very few people can tell the difference.

All watches come with a 12 month warranty and with a Rolex box. We're often asked if all our Rolex "have papers". In an ideal world, they all would, but whilst we do try and have as many as possible with the appropriate documentation, this is not always possible. That said, our customers can be assured that the provenance of each watch is thoroughly checked out by Rolex(UK) before going on sale. Don't forget that we'll always be happy to take back your old Rolex for part exchange.

Sometimes we're asked, "Even second hand Rolex are a lot of money, will they hold their value?" The answer to this question is that they're never cheap because they're always "in demand". We have experimented with other "luxury brands" but quite frankly, nothing holds its desirability more than a Rolex. Their basic design rarely changes because they possess a proven selling formula.
